Where we deliver

Anywhere in Nigeria. Lagos is same day for orders placed before 11am, and next day otherwise. Other
states take two to five working days depending on the courier and the route.

What it costs

• Lagos mainland and island: flat rate, quoted at checkout.
• Other states: flat rate, quoted at checkout.
• Free delivery on orders above ₦200,000, anywhere in Nigeria.

Delivery is calculated at checkout once you enter your address, so the figure you see before you pay is
the figure you pay.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 11am on a working day are cut and dispatched the same day. Orders after that go out
the next morning. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

The delivery date shown on a product page is a working day estimate, not a guarantee. Courier delays
happen, particularly in the rainy season and around public holidays.

Tracking

You get a message when your order is dispatched, with the courier and the tracking reference where the
courier provides one. If nothing has arrived within the estimate, message us on WhatsApp with your order
number and we will chase it.

Collection

You can collect from our pickup centre at 28 Akinremi, Ikeja, Lagos. Choose pickup at checkout, then message
us before you set out. Bring the order number.

If something is wrong

Check the cut before you take it to a tailor. If the colour is not what you ordered, or the length is
short, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Once cloth has been cut the sale is
final, and we do not refund. The full terms are in the sales policy.
