What this covers

This explains what Men’s Fabric collects when you use mensfabric.com.ng, why, and what you can do about
it. It is written to be read rather than to be waved at a regulator.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. We need these to
cut, dispatch and track an order.
• Account details: your email address and a password, stored as a hash, if you create an
  account.
• Payment details: handled by the payment provider. Card numbers never reach our server and we
  never see them.
• Site usage: pages viewed and basic device information, so we can tell what is slow and what is
  broken.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone except the people who have to see them to
deliver an order: the payment provider and the courier. We do not send marketing email unless you asked
for it, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link that works.

Cookies

The site sets a cookie to remember what is in your cart and, if you sign in, to keep you signed in. Those
are necessary for the shop to function. We do not run advertising trackers.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept for as long as Nigerian tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept
until you ask us to delete the account. Cart cookies expire on their own.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email
hello@mensfabric.com.ng from the address on the account. We will act within thirty days. Deleting an account does not
delete the order records we are required to keep.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. No system is perfect, and if
we ever have a breach that affects you we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.

Children

This is a shop for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under eighteen.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes will be flagged at the top.
