Grey Chalkstripe Worsted Wool Suiting

Grey with a widely spaced chalkstripe and a slightly flecked ground. The fleck gives it depth, so it does not photograph as a flat block the way plain grey often does.

Stock cloth, with no mill name on the selvedge. We price it on how it handles and how it presses rather than on a label.

Worsted wool, pinstripe weave, in grey chalkstripe. Four yards is the smallest cut we ship and every extra cut adds four more. Four yards covers a mens kaftan and trouser on an average build, or a senator set with enough left for a cap. A full agbada takes more than four yards, so raise the quantity and the whole lot comes off one roll.

Dry clean, or press on the wool setting with a damp cloth between the iron and the fabric. A hot iron on the bare face leaves a permanent shine.
